Serra Oca Branco is an Atlantic white wine from the Lisbon region, made with minimal intervention and a focus on texture and freshness. A dry, precise, and gastronomic wine, with well-integrated used oak aging.

Main features:

• Single plot “Vinha dos Paus” (3.15 ha), south/southwest exposure

• Limestone soils, low productivity (≈ 1 t/ha)

• Hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented

• Aged for 7 days, varieties vinified separately.

• Aged for 10 months: 50% used French oak barrels + 50% stainless steel.

• Neither glued nor filtered
