Quinta do Sobral Reserva Tinto is a Dão wine made for the table. With more structure and complexity than an entry-level wine, it is a safe choice for more demanding meals and traditional dishes.

Main features:

  • Fermentation with indigenous yeasts

  • Pre-fermentation cold maceration (24h)

  • Fermentation in stainless steel plants with gentle mechanical treading.

  • Aged for 12 months in second-year French oak barrels.

  • Balanced, fresh and structured profile

  • Tannins are present, but soft.

  • Notes of spices, cocoa and vanilla.

  • Total acidity: 4.83 g/L

  • Residual sugar: 0.5 g/L
