Filipa Pato's Dinâmica Tinto is a pure and contemporary interpretation of the Baga grape variety, guided by the terroir and the DNMC (Different Natives, Multiple Components) philosophy. A fresh, elegant and extremely versatile wine at the table.

Main features:

• Manual harvesting in different vineyards of Bairrada.

• Total destemming and fermentation in vats with very low extraction.

• Long skin maceration for greater finesse and balance.

• Terroir of Lower Jurassic limestone slopes

• Strong Atlantic influence, just 15 km from the ocean.

• Total acidity: 5.7 g/L (tartaric acid)

• Residual sugar: 0.8 g/L

Aromatic profile:

• Fruity and elegant nose, with notes of strawberry and plum.

• Hints of licorice and light spice (black pepper, bay leaf, thyme and rosemary)

• Soft tannins and a fresh character.
