Casas Altas Rufete is a light and fresh red wine from the Beira Interior region, made for everyday dining. A wine with a light color and excellent natural acidity, designed to accompany food without being heavy.

Main features:

  • It was located at an altitude of approximately 600 meters, in granitic sandy soils.

  • Sustainable viticulture using organic methods.

  • Fermentation in truncated conical stainless steel tanks with temperature control.

  • Aging exclusively in stainless steel until bottling.

  • Light, fresh, and low-alcohol profile.

  • Notes of ripe fruit, good acidity and great elegance.

  • Ideal for serving between 13–16 ºC
